You get product judgment, not just execution. I'll push back on a feature, suggest go-to-market moves, and write copy when the product needs words. If it has users, a lifespan, and stakes, it's a product — internal tools included.
Happy to stay with it
Launch doesn't have to be a handoff. I steward what we've built — watching how real users take to it, keeping the system healthy as it grows. And when the product outgrows one pair of hands, I can lead there too: acting as tech lead, shaping the team that carries it forward. "What happens long term?" is a question I like answering.

The proof: Packwerk
Packwerk is my own product — a hub for scout troops, born from years of watching my wife lead them and pitching in where the tools fell short. I took it from idea, through testing its riskiest assumptions with a real troop across a real cookie season, to where it stands today: built, in beta with real troops, and approaching public launch.
It's the newest chapter in a longer record: scheduling and messaging systems for a healthcare-interpreting firm, demand-response infrastructure for energy utilities, and five years of technical leadership on a CRM platform serving thousands of real-estate brokerages.
